Our on-site crew members are more than happy to answer any questions you might have during the move and will always check with you if they need clarification on any tasks. They know how important your belongings are, so they will always treat everything with the utmost care such as wrapping your furniture in a padded blanket, handling fragile items properly, putting up temporary floor and wall protectors to prevent damage to your old and new home, and much more.
While our moving crew are the front-facing part of our company, our customer excellence team in our headquarters are always there to help if you have any questions or problems. They are available to you 7 days a week from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-8pm Saturday and Sunday. Our agents are there to make sure you go into your move fully prepared and armed with information. While we don’t expect any issues, if you are not satisfied with your move in any way, our customer service team will work with you to resolve the issue.
We Care About the Safety of Your Belongings
Moving is hard work and, for most people, best left to the professionals. Our moving crew are taught the most efficient and safest ways to move everything from fragile items to large, bulky furniture. We will do the heavy lifting for you, literally! Thanks to our years of experience, we know exactly how to pack, load, and unload your belongings to ensure nothing gets damaged during your move. In case something happens, your items are covered by a partial release valuation for free. That means if something does get damaged, you can get reimbursed for each damaged item up to $0.60 per pound.
Speaking of protection, we are fully registered with the United States Department of Transportation. We also are registered in required states such as New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut among others. You can check us out by entering our USDOT number to see a record of our compliance reviews, inspections, crashes, etc. In order to receive registration, our company is also required to have all the necessary insurance such as liability, umbrella, auto, and workers compensation. So if we end up damaging your old or new house during the move, we will pay for the repairs. Our trucks are also consistently maintained and compliant with all current regulations and certifications.
We Offer Useful Add-on Services
Sometimes, you might need a bit more help than just moving your stuff. Luckily, we can help! We offer a variety of services that can make moving day even easier. Some services we offer include:

Even if you decide to stick with our basic moving service, we include free services like disassembling and reassembling basic furniture, dismounting TVs, and wardrobe boxes for your hanging clothes. It’s what sets us apart from our competition! If you need something done, but don’t know if one of our listed services will cover it, just ask. We will either help you directly or can provide some recommendations for the service you need.
In addition to services, you can also purchase moving supplies from us. We provide the same exact materials that we use if you hire us to pack your belongings, so you know you’re getting high-quality and durable materials. Just let us know when you need us to drop everything off and we’ll bring everything right to your doorstep.
