What types of payments do you accept?

We accept cash or credit card. We do not accept Venmo, PayPal, or checks. If you pay by credit card, please note there will be a 5% transaction fee added to your final bill.

How accurate are the quotes?

We’ve been in the business since 2011 so we have a pretty good idea of how much a move will cost. The most important thing is to give us as much detail as you can about your move, the services you need, and anything else such as stairs, COI, current and new address, etc. All of this information will make our quotes more accurate.

What extra fees do I need to worry about?

We are very transparent about our prices and we’ll always let you know when we add extra fees to your bill. These fees include:

  • Stair fees – $10-20 per flight of stairs both in your current and new home
  • Certificate of Insurance Request – $50 for one or $80 for two
  • Material charges – if we pack any items for you we will charge you for the boxes we use in the final bill

We do not charge extra fees for last-minute moves, weekend/holiday moves, or long carries.

What Is a Full-Service Move?

As the name suggests, a full-service move means we do everything for you. That includes packing and unpacking! It’s a perfect option for those who are pressed for time, but it will bring up your final cost. But if you have the budget, it’s a great option if you want to truly have a stress-free moving experience.
